Pics of My Homemade Exhaust Tip
I decided to make my own exhaust tip. I went to my local Kenworth dealership and bought a 5" by 36" Mitre cut stack. Then got a 4" to 5" adaptor and a stainless steel band clamp. Cut the stack down to 17" and cut my stock tip off. The only thing I may do is rotate the band clamp so the bolts are on the top. It may be less visible that way. I got the stack for 35.00 because it was slightly used, and I got 2 tips out of it, since I only needed half of it. When it starts to look bad, I'll put the other half on.
The pics are in my gallery.

One thing to do , If you either dont have, or cant weld. At work we have this stuff, something like liquid weld or something. works alright. We put it around the exhaust then put the next section on. Works pretty good. Sometimes if its a tight fit you get the extra on the end, but lucky its more of a silver color, so you could sand her down. Kinda like JB welds persay. Maybe try that?

As I was posting the pictures yesterday, it occured to me about rotating the band clamp. I think I will probably do that. I originally thought it would be more visible on the top, but it didnt work out that way.
I just uploaded new pictures in my gallery with the new clamp setup. Thanks to some constructive critcism I rotated the 5" clamp and replaced the 4" muffler clamp with a band clamp. Thanks for the honest comments. Sometimes you need someone elses perspective on things. I think it looks much better now.
