Nitto Mud Grapplers?

I have 315's on stock rims with 2" leveling kit. THe 315's never rubbed without the leveling kit. I have the Rancho leveling kit with lower control arms that are a touch longer than stock ones. I just ordered 35x12.50x20 Nitto Mud Grapplers on 20x10 Maxx8's. What I was wondering do you think they will rub? I am not sure of backspacing.

No way will they fit, due to the wheel width and offset.

I have 33x12.50x20 on helo maxx 8's and they rub like crazy....

You'll need at least a 4inch lift. But man o man will it look good!!!! When these tires wear out I'll probably lift mine and put 35s on it....

I was told they would fit and might rub on the right angle on my lower control arm at full lock. He said that is the worst that it could rub but he didn't think it would.

The tires sound like a cesna is attached to your roof. I had the 38x15.50x18 on my H2. I got used to the sound and really liked it. You won't notice under 45.

They wear suprisingly well given how aggressive the tread pattern is. They are PHENOMINAL in any adverse conditions (e.g., snow, mud, sand) and will get you out of situations most tires wouldn't get you 3 feet. One time, last year, after the Steelers-Bears game where it snowed 6-7 inches during the second half, I drove home and the way from the stadium to my house involves going up two very steep windy hills and there were 7-10 vehicles at all times stuck going up, and sliding out of control down the hill. I even had to come to several stops on the hill due to other vehicles getting in my way, but it was as if I was on dry pavement. Those tires underneath the Cummins, with that kind of weight directly over them will be almost unstoppable in snow.

Hopefully this helps.

How do open the hood with them bars over it???

How much lift do think I will need to clean 33X15.50X18 MTZs on a 18X12 wheel??

I'm think 3 inch coils, push the axle foward 3/4 inch, pull the back of the fender back and I should be good to go.

I'm makin a custom bumper (not home made, custom) so I can push it out or cut it off to fit the front.

You forgot to mention the huge chunk of steel in the rear, the spare wheel/tire, and the FULL-time 4WD! AFter 27,000 miles, more than 25,000 of them highway, I was getting 9.2 MPG!!!

You gotta love the color. It was the official Steelers Hummer!

If you go 20x8 that set up will work, but there is no way a 20x10 is going to with just a leveling kit. Trust me I tried it. I put one on and the tire hit the side of the fender. Get some 20x8's and they will work with the set up you have
