Need some help deciding on a turbo

Just stacked the Juice/Attitude and X2 XZT last night and really like how it turned out. However, they are running pretty hot. With the Juice on 3 it'll hit 1450° just before 100 mph. I want to upgrade to the Hot Juice, but I'm sure it'll be really warm. I was thinking of a smaller turbo. I don't really know what all the numbers mean or how to go about choosing one so I need some help.

As for what my goal is...... I'm looking to get somewhere close to 550 hp. I never pull heavy with the truck. The most it ever pulls is a wakeboard boat. I'm hoping that with the Hot Juice, X2 XZT, a turbo, transmission, and my other mods listed that I'll get close to my hp goal. Can I do it?

As for a transmission, I'm waiting for this one to completely go and then I'm gonna put a full billet trans in. Trying to see how much the stocker can take. However, it's already acting up.

I was thinking that he used an S400 in that setup. That could be a possibility. It's just $$$ you know.

From what I've read yeah, it's an S400 on the bottom... But I don't know squat, I just want to be like Brett and alway's talk poo. Oh and please tell us that you have that X2 on the stacker tune...? Because if not, you'll be needing pistons and a head before you want another turbo. But, then again, from the looks of your suspension, you can afford it....

Yep it's on the stacker tune. Pressure only with no boost fooling so it doesn't screw with the Attitude monitor. However, the Juice is supposedly hitting 42 psi according to the Attitude.

Well that's pretty good then. I love my race. 38PSI on a stock 03' charger and boost elbow.

You actually were helpful. I had forgot about Nathan's twins using the stocker over the S400. I wonder what kind of power I'm looking at with my current mods after I get a turbo setup and transmission upgrades?

Ya mpi twins would be ideal but if all you tow is a boat and your goal is 500hp than a medium sized single will be plenty

That was my other thought. I've always thought that twins are for high hp trucks or people towing a lot. Neither of those criteria really fit me. But on the other hand, twins would always be nice.

What are you calling a "medium" sized single?

Hey no offense here. I just think you're funny man. I don't have half the witt you do. That's all. And plus you're giving me +100HP.

I would say a sps64 from Industrial you will save alot of money to drop into a tranny or injectors or whatever
