Question Ne one with H2 Wheels modded Near Oceanside CA?

I was wondering if anyone that has had their H2 wheels modded lived near Oceanside CA or in SOCal for that matter, so I could find out where they had it done at. I have heard of ways that you can do it yourself but I don't own a router and buying one would cost more than the wheels. I have a dremel but that is way way too iffy. Anyone got some advice? No I don't have any friends that own a router either, They all live in bks rooms. I would like to re state if anyone from So. Cal. knows where to go I'm all ears. The main reason I ask is I have called various places visited various places here in the area and they give me a blank stare and "you're trying to do what exactly now?" I'm done I'm over trying to find someone to touch my wheels I need help.

It's easy to do on your own. You don't need a router. I did mine with a 4" grinder and a 4 1/2" metal grinding wheel. So easy. You don't have to be exactly perfect at all. If you take your time and test fit the wheel after a couple passes with the grinder it's really easy. You will see where you have to take a little more off from where the rim touches. The first wheel will take you a little while but the next three will only take 15 minutes or so. The 4 1/2" disc fits in the center of the wheel just right. All you have to is work it around in the circle of the rim.

go to any competent machine shop, and tell them you want the centers opened up to 4.774 inches. When I had it done, it was $9 per wheel, and done professionally.
