Mod friendly dealer
I live in Northern Virginia and am looking for a dealer that is mod friendly. The Closest one to me in Fredericksburg says intakes and exhaust are grounds for warranty denial , please help I'll be happy to start with some sound for now then maybe power upgrades in the future

Come on I've seen a couple of guys from VA and y'all have to know of somebody that will give some leeway

I can't help with your question, but I sure would like to see a list of 'mod friendly' dealers posted here.
Personally, I'm not looking for more power, but I wouldn't mind mods like intake and exhaust that would actually benefit the engine, or even offer a bit more fuel economy. Good luck in your search. Bob |
OK, maybe my previous post is a bit of wishful thinking. After doing some research on threads here, it occurs to me that if there were such a list here, DC would have a great tool for 'convincing' these dealers to change their ways...

You can probably get warranty work done at a Chrysler dealer instead of Dodge, but having someone good with diesels is rare.

Any dealers posted here as "mod friendly" may quickly become not so friendly as their livelihood depends on being fair to DC.
I understand that exhaust and intake being an issue is ridiculous, but how much more do you think they can ignore? Just wondering, not being smart.:) |
