MBRP exhaust with exhaust brake??

MBRP exhaust with exhaust brake??
Does anyone here know if the MBRP exhaust system will mount right up to a truck that has the Jacobs exhaust brake installed?? The exhaust brake replaces the elbow off of the turbo and the MBRP exhaust system says that it mounts directly to the turbo?? Does the MBRP exhaust really mount directly to the turbo or are they referring to the elbow??
