Making my own tracton bars?

Hello. I have a friend who is a great welder/fabricator. I have access to huge Heim joints. Who has done this and does anyone have any good tech. info. for doing this?

Use DOM or ERW tubing. I'd use 1.5 or 2.0 inch OD tubing.

I used 1 1/2" X 1/4" square tube. Need to make sure go past the bed.

I am assuming your brackets on the back are wellded to the bottom of the shock mount. If not please confirm attachment if you do not ming sharing. if not i understand. Also if you don't mind sharing how are the front brackets mounted. The manual on my 03 says no drilling or welding but that is also from DC and i only bought the truck b/c of the cummins.

I have fabbed up A BUNCH OF PAIRS.

Call me with any questions. There are lots of acceptable tubes/pipes and they do not HAVE to be DOM.
