I did a quick search on this and nothing jumped out. What kind of twin turbo setups are out there? What ones work best for high horse power and which ones for towing or moderate horse power? Just want to see what people are running. What works well and what doesn't.

It all depends on what you want. I run a IdahoCTD(maximized performance) setup.

 

I'm running a set of PDR twins. I went with the towing set as I am planning on running some big rubber and looking for good spoolup support. They work flawlessly, but I need alot more fuel to give them a challenge. I believe the BD set are tight as well and suited for towing type applications. Both should support some decent horsepower as well.

 

Does IdahoCTD have a website? I googled it and can't find one.

What does a bolt-on twins kit cost on average?

 

No Nate doesn't have a web-site. I have his Phone number if you want it. He is building Cquestad a set of twins as we speak.. He should be installing them this week. I think his kit runs $3000.

Im testing a Aurora 3000 Hybrid and a Aurora 6000. So far seem to put out a lot more air then my old 2000 and 5000 setup. Should have some dyno #s in the near future. Seeing around 75-80 psi of boost. Waiting on the smarty hot...hehe

It was 3400 for mine, powder coated to your color choice. It includes only one turbo, the other turbo is your stock one.

You can spend twice that with all the bells and whistles...

Stainless housings, high temp coatings, external wastegates, etc...start to add up. LOL.

Anyway im not sure ont the cfm but obviously its between the 5K and 8K. I think theres a 7K too, not sure though.
