k&n intake
so i got my K&N FIPK generation 2 in today and was wondering if its will hurt the truck if i put it on in the winter? When i say winter i mean im in alaska and its about 30 to 40 below at night right now and gets up to about 5 to 20 below during the day some days are better than others. So any input would be great thanks in advance

Cold definitely won't hurt it, there are however differing opinions on the filtering abilities of K&N's.

K & N
I live in North Pole, had a K&N filter; no problems. One thing I will add is that trying to keep a diesl temp up in AK is difficult, and the more air the cooler it runs. I have a full bra, upped my thermostat and am lucky to hold 160.
