Installed Mopar Rear Fender Well Liners
4 Attachment(s)
I just installed some rear fender well liners - ordered them from the Dodge dealership. Cost = $92 CAD for the pair.
Took me about an hour to install, but could have done it easily in half that time if I had known that the two sides were different! [redface] I always hated how open the rear fender wells were... |
They're the best, it's Edited how they aren't built with them from the factory, it makes the car wash much more easy lol
|
Couldn't agree with you more!
|
Very nice! That's the one thing I wish my truck had... But Alas, I am cheap LOL.
|
Humm I may have to spend the $$$ on some f these babies! I hate how you look into the wheel wells and see the underside of the truck! Are these Mopar liners?
|
Yes, they're Mopar. I was going to buy them online...saw them the cheapest for $82 USD. Decided to call the dealership first. I was really suprised they only charged $92 CAD. They had to get them in stock, but that only took 3 business days...faster than buying online.
|
I should also add that I was really impressed by the quality and fit. The plastic isn't too thin, they supply the screws with clips, and they also include instructions (I guess there are a couple of different configurations).
|
Old hat, I've had them since I bought the truck. The do a nice job of keepeing the dirt and mud out from under the truck.
Yeah it''s kind of important to read the instruction[coffee]s prior to installation. |
Hey Edmond.
You got a part number for those? I have been looking on the net and there are a few different part numbers for them. Cheapest I have found is 99 bucks plus shipping. |
The rear fenderwell liners were the first thing I added to my truck when it was new. Four years later, thousands of rocks, mud, etc thrown at them and they still look like new.
I guess in all of Chrysler's cost saving measures, they saw not including them on trucks as a no biggie, or they saw them as just another thing they could make money on after a sale, but they really HAVE been stupid about the little things and customer needs. CD |

Yeah it''s kind of important to read the instruction[coffee]s prior to installation. And I would have read the instructions had there been any words on the page! The instructions are all pictures, no mention of the sides being different. If you look very carefully at the image for the install, you can see that the product is not symetrical, but you have to really be looking for it. That's why I'm letting people here know - maybe help save them some time. Mopar Part No. 82207367AB |
when i ordered mine 2 years ago they came labeled.
|
Very nice! Should work on a 2wd as well right??

Why are you surprised? Did you take the time to report it or do you just assume that we can see EVERYTHING that gets posted here?
