Injector rattle with pressure boxs?
 

Is it normal to get an injector rattle when you install a pressure box? I put mine on not long ago, and it make me queezy when I step on it and I can here it rattle. It doesn`t when I turn the box off. Any input would be apretiated. thanx :(

I would stay away from high pressure boxes, If your hearing noises it probably not good. Are we talkin about the Van Aaken in your sig

Van AAkens are pretty mild from what i've heard

I do not have any rattleing with the EZ stacked with HOT Juice or TST. I tried an early version of a DR Performance Stage II when they first came out for the 04.5 and the rattleing were really bad. I took the box off after a week. The next week I had to replace injector #6. Can't for sure blame it on the box, but that was over 40,000 miles ago. Had the EZ stacked with other boxes for at least 20,000 miles now and no problem. Seems some pressure boxes are easier on the injector pump and injectors than others.

Ya the Van aaken is the one I have. Just trying to figure out if this is common or not.

I have a little more injector rattling at lower rpms under load with the EZ. But I also have the Rokktech crankshaft sensor.

Wonder if it is hard on the injectors? Or if there is any proof. :o
