Red face I pulled a stoop tonight!

I finally got around to installing my Geno's billet fuel filter lid and hooking up my Quad fuel pressure sensor tonight, and in the process pulled a stooooop. First thing I did was open the lever to drain the canister, and while it was draining I pulled the factory lid, dropped in the new filter, screwed on the billet lid, attached the sensor wire, then fired her up. Immediately my Commander flashed the fuel pressure warning and indicated 0-1 p.s.i. pressure. So I think to myself I didn't connect the sensor wire properly. I climb back into the engine compartment double check the wire, and notice my catch pan overflowing with diesel. I forgot to close the valve on the canister! I must of dumped 2-3 gallons before figuring it out!

Anyway, I closed the valve and all is good. By the way, at idle I'm seeing 9 p.s.i. with my stock lift pump. Seems a little high, no?

Maybe I have the wrong sensor selected in the Commander. This morning, with the 100 p.s.i. sensor selected I was seeing 11-12 p.s.i. at idle and light throttle. I changed it to the 40 p.s.i. sensor and it went down to 5 p.s.i. at idle and would drop to 4 p.s.i. when I got on it a bit. I'm thinking I have the 40 p.s.i. sensor installed. What do you guys think?

There are 2 In & Outs within 3 miles of my office, just in opposite directions.

Never heard of Whataburger. And if you had an In & Out you'd forget about them real fast.

Pauly, you stoopid monkey.

The rest of y'all.....Whatteverburger. If I was stranded in the desert, hungry enough to eat the backside out of a dead bear, I'd crawl on by the Whattaburger and take my chances.

Eat there 3 times a week for 8 weeks and tell me what you think about it.....it's making me nauseous just thinking about it. Ain't much open after midnight in a small Texas town.......
