how do i know when i need valve springs?
how do i know when i will need stiffer or better valve springs? or can you even tell?

probaly now since there on sale so cheap!!!

I believe after market valve springs would be a good idea if you are running 50 lbs of boost and a s/w that will let your motor rev past the stock s/w. For insurance.

I read somewhere on this forum that a person needs aftermarket valve springs only if you're going over 3000 rpm's. The factory springs are good up to that point. That's just what I read and if my memory is correct, 'cuz I had the same ??. I'm pretty sure on the info., otherwise I'd have it on my list of future mods. to get.

If you plan on going above 500hp I would advise valve springs.
