Yes I been running it for a few days but it needs to be reworked a little...I almost think it's gotten louder with the new set-up.
I will work the bugs and post up soon as I get it right

between the intake and the muffler delete my truck is really running smooth...

So other than the intake, s-ring and muff your truck is stock. And just those made that big a difference?

yes! it made a very nice and noticeable difference in the spool up.. it runs a lot more freely now.....
and my truck is stock other then the whistler intake, s-ring MIA and muffler delete. BTW i also have a 6" tip but I don't know if that changes the sound or just the look some said the 6" tip makes for a deeper sound???

money well spent IMO

When i put my intake on i couldn't figure out where the silencer ring was. The only thing i could see was a sloped piece right before the turbo impeller that appeared to guide the air into it. Am i missing something?

I still have my cat and the mega cab resonator.... I blame the resonator for the deepness of it and I have been comparing the sound to my buddy's 05 with just a cat.
I guess I should not have called it straight pipe because I do have those still in place sorry for the typo
