Stock 04.5 will see 1400 so I've consistently pulled long grades 1400-1500 for the last 130,000 and still going strong. Highest I've seen is racing and I can peg the 1600 degree guage.

 

i have pegged my 1500 degree guage a few times but only for a few seconds, towing i have hit 1200 or so

 

1650 on my old engine. but that was sock no load. she ran hot and i paid the price. new engine runs so cool im scared......590 F egt on highway...old engine on highway 900-970 F

 

I used to barely get up to 1300 with my Flux 2's, now I see just under 1600 max

I bounced off 1,450 a few times pulling 11k# up the grade to Mammoth. Pyro is pre turbo in the manifold.

 

How do you figure that my pyro is installed incorrectly or faulty or that I dont push on it hard enough???

Just because I designed and built my air/fuel system appropriatly and use the right Smarty settings so that I dont have high EGT's somehow I did something wrong??

1500* at end of 1/4 mile - stock turbo, Smarty level 9

 

1600 with Quad Race before Smarty, flogging it like a rental truck.

 

1500 all the time on dynos/strip.

1350-1400 for 18 hrs straight once...pulling 25k. Lets just say that was the end of my A5k...but the engine is fine.

 

1250 bone stock, floored and holding it there.

 

A little more than 1400*.

 

1600 plus drag racing at the sand dunes on crazy larry!! Only lost once!!

Then again racing my brother home pulling our wheeling trucks It is amazing how fast that pyro raps around pulling 10k on crazy larry!!

 

1575 EDGE EZ just a short burst on the highway unloaded

 

1600 plenty of times before turbo

 

1350-1400 not exactly sure, pretty good grade, BDTD on 2, turned down to 1 on way back only about 1200. Don't push it hard, especially when loaded.
