Help Help Help

I need to know how you prime this st/upid FASS system, I know there is fuel in both filter bowls and there is fuel from the tank. I've had a few mouth fulls, whats happening?
I run the pump with the line disconected at the injection pump anf there is no fuel.

Not sure where to go from here?

Cheers

I got it figured out, you have to leave the fuel filter loose alittle bit for a farely long time.

Yeah...looks like you got it figured out...

For future reference this is the best way to get the FASS primed:

Leave the Water Separator tight due to this is on the Suction side of the pump. No need to fill with fuel, but wont hurt.

Crack the Fuel filter loose.

Bump the engine and pose yourself read to tighten up the fuel filter when you hear the pump tone change. (Dry filters usually take about 2 key bumps to fill up)

Then bump the engine several more times to work the air though the injection pump or CP3. ( I would say about 4-5 more times just to be safe)

Check fuel pressure and make sure you are getting return fuel back to the tank and your are ready to go!
