Killer Bee your truck looks great. Looks like a solid truck. Not over the top jazzed up. Tough with just a little bit of extra style. What a truck should look like to me. I have the same wheel set up and have been planning on ordering the same OE bushwackers. Couple of questions about the mud flaps. Did you need the extra protection? Where the flares alone not enough? Do you have pics with the mud flaps installed.

Thank you.

When I first installed the H2 wheels and 315 tires I had no flares. The tires stuck out of the body about an inch and a half which I knew was going to make a mess.
Sure enough the tires threw stuff all over the truck so I first purchased a set of the $$ Mopar contoured mud flaps. This helped protect behind the tires, but the tires still threw alot of junk straight up and forward onto the fenders, doors, bedsides, and bumpers.
I decided to research and install the fender flares.
When I first installed the flares I left the mud flaps off like in my pics.
The flares really did an excellent job of stopping the majority of the junk from flying all over the truck. I still was getting a small amount of mud and dirt splashing on the truck right behind the tires where the mud flaps used to be.
I decided to re-install the mud flaps basically because I already had bought them and figured they would do more good on the truck then sitting on the shelf.
This was a tricky and time consuming job as I fitted the mud flaps in place, drilled mounting holes into the installed flares, removed the flares, then bolted the mud flaps to the back of the flares with stainless hardware and re-installed the flares on the truck.
The factory contoured mud flaps do not fit the flare's contour's perfectly, if I was to do it again I would either not buy/install any mud flaps or use the cheaper straight type mud flaps.

My truck is pretty dirty right now but I'll try to get some pics posted.
