Stock Turbo: For the stock turbo u have to drill out the top two holes so that the studs will clear them( 3/8 ich drill bit). Also the outlet for the stock turbo needs to be clocked around to 7 for the tube(charge air tube) to fit good.

Front drain tube: Due that before you put the turbo in( just makes it easier to get to). Also the oil line that you get is a wee bit short probally an inch, but no biggy what i did was uses the metal sleeve from the back drain plug along with ruber hose that was there for the stock turbo and moved that to the front which gave me the extra length that i needed.

Heater hoses: You are going to have to bend the hoses an inch. Pretty easy to do just make sure you dont bend it to far and put a kink in the hose. Also you have to cut the" L" shaped bracket that hold the heater hoses to the manifold unless you want to take apart your entire heater lines.

Tranny dip stick: You will have to bend that a little as well toward the passenger side about a .5 to 1 ich to get enough clearence.

Mounting bracket for the bottom Turbo: It is best to mount that on the turbo first before putting it in along with the oil drain tube. Because
when u lower the turbo in the truck it is really hard to get all that aligned at the same time so it is easier to do it outside truck then just lower it in. You will need two people to help mount bracket to block one to hold the turbo and brackets and the other to put in the bolt into the bottom of motor.

Stock studs? Max boost Max EGT's

Are you running on the stock studs? Looks like Max boost is comming in at 50-52 or so. Thats on stock injectors right? What are your cruising and Max EGT's looking like?

I sure would like to do something similar

Nice videos man!! Your EGT's hit 1200 quick, then came to a dead stop. I've been researching these twins for awhile now and your thread has been the only one with videos of the Wicked stocker/s474 setup so thank you. I'm really excited to get mine. I have the cash ready, he's just waiting on one part to arrive from Australia so that he can get things going.
