GDP install help!

I tried to start the buildup of everything on my truck last night and started with the GDP GFS392. The sender(i think) on top of the tank, the one in between the two fuel lines has a connection that i cant seem to get off no matter how hard i pull. I pulled the red safty and im trying to push down on the tab but it just wont pull out?? Also should i just set it up to run max pressure instead of what it comes set as?

Good info, with pics, and how to set the valve...

I wouldnt run max pressure unless you need it, id just run 18-20, or whatever is recommended unless you are putting a larger turbo, etc on the truck, just because stock fuel pressure is pretty low...(people seeing as low as 5-6psi when they installed a guage)

Don't know what to tell you on the connection. It should just come right apart. As for the pressure, regardless of airflow 20 psi should be fine for a mild set up, but more would not hurt. As needs increase, just bump the pressure up.

That's the nice thing about the walbro. Plenty of headroom. I have mine set at 55 psi right now.
