gauge readings??whats normal??

i just installed a camander and fuel pres kit.imrunning the pred and x2.i put the pred back to stock and using the x2 on city milage, the boost reads 0 most of the time and only shows 1or2 while cruising and will go to 25ish when i tromp on her,the coolant is 200-210f.and the rail pres is 5200idling and 7ish cruising and 17-18kwhen i tromp on her, these are with the camander on 03-04 5.9 and x2race.when i put the camander on 04.5-07 the temp changes to 188-190 which i think is correct as my scangauge says the same, boost and rail stay the same, with the camander on 6.7 the boost changes to 4-6 cruising and will show 6-10 while shifting and the coolant shows 188-190 but the rail pres is up by 1k{6k idling 8 cruising, etc}when i change the x2 level to 3 and above the rail pres will go over 25k pretty easy.i have a bhaf and gutted the intake so i can hear the turbo spooling and it sounds like it should be showing more than 1-2psi while cruising, what numbers should i see with the truck in stock mode?on the factory temp gauge it sits a needle width below 95 so i think the 200-210 reading is wrong,my truck is a 305/555 but i wonder if it has some 04.5 stuff, cuz i bought a few parts for it and told them it was a 04 but they didnt fit and i tried a 05 and they worked.thanx for any help and sorry for the long post

Your first post is pretty difficult to read and sift through. I have never seen water temp above 210 and it normally sits around 190. Boost gauge is on its way warranty issue w/ dipricol.

I had my trans temp show 250 the other day towing but running around its between 140-180 depeing on conditions.

Hope that helps. no rail pressure gauge. yet

What do you mean the boost is off with the 04.5 to 07 setting? It just keeps reading zero? Boost numbers are low when cruising because your truck is at low RPM and it's not burning enough fuel to demand more air from your turbo.

Rail pressure is good too. You should see idle pressure at around 6000 and max pressure at 25K with the X2 on.

Coolant is reading high. It should be around 190.

My factory Gauge on my 07 5.9 reads 190 pretty much all the time, but when pulling it goes easily to 210.

i forgot my pred has a diagnostic option,i checked coolant and boost and rail pres with it while driving and the coolant showed 189-192 on the pred while the camander was showing 200-203.the boost and rail pres were the same on the pred and camander, when i change the setting on the camander to 04.5 and up the temp changes to 186-190 and the rail pres says the same but the boost is lower, jeremy at quads place is looking into it,maybe i have a weird sensor or somthing
