i just hooked it up and it goes to seven psi and stays there? What is going on with it

 

What kind of fuel pressure gauge?

How did you hook it up?

 

I'm not sure what you're getting at, 7 - 8 pounds is about all you're going to get out of the factory lift pump.

If you're saying it doesn't go down when you punch it it's probly the isolator screwing up if you used one...

 

I just had one installed as well.
Im using a banjo bolt to feed the isolator.
Since the install, the gauge has showed a rock steady 7#

 

same setup, on crazy larry it does move when its on the floor but icp drops to 11600 so i know shes starvin

 

Mines on a bone stock 05.
Also had a chance, since the install, to try the gauges on the freeway.
The Tranny sat @ 170 on the freeway and the Fp did drop to 5 # on heavy throttle but bounced back once I got to 70.
