New fass titanium 150 just installed with draw straw. Pump will make 19 psi then seams like it turns on and off with the pressure going up and down 1 psi approximately. Ran the supply and return into 5 gallon jerry can. Same issue. The only way i can get the pump to run smoothly is to run the ip supply line into a can. Fass tech support website says to contact them at this point but I have been trying for two days to get through to them with multiple emails and voicemails. I need this truck running now hopefully someone here has had the same issue.

Is your draw straw to close to the bottom of your tank?

Nope one quarter would fit two would not. Regardless it has the same symptoms pulling from a 5 gallon can

Try checking the check ball and spring and make sure its not hanging up or maybe something making it stick.

Took it out this morning looked fine.
