Is there a better place to buy these than the dealer? I mean same or better quality and yet better prices.

not sure what it is that your after, but i did find this company that makes tow mirrors, aftermarket, with signals and heated,etc.

i have never used this product, nor do i know any one personally , but i saw this one time and thought that i should keep this info.

Do a search on Ebay "ram tow mirrors" they are there.
