Anybody have an Edge EZ cause stalling symptoms similar to a lift pump failure? Unplugged box and problem went away.

I had one crap out on my 04. The truck would idle rough and loud , kinda like a ford. It would also be severely under powered under throttle conditions also kinda like a ford. I disconnected the EZ and put it on the shelf thinking it had been over a year since I had bought it and I was SOL for a replacement. Now recently I was talking with my parts guy and he told me that there was a 2 year warranty on the EZ . So I traded it in for one for my 600.
