dyno numbers ts power play and bullydog.

went to a dyno day today and dynoed .the bddl on mid level and power play turned full made 448.5hp and 867.2 tq... added some more fuel duration and got up to 520 .6 hp and the tq was 917.5.i made higher tq numbers but i kept extending the pulse width out until the truck was way over fuled ,stopped making hp and began dropping tq,was gonna try some n20 but the bottle was all but empty,maybe next time...

It just blows my mind how these 3rd gens are making power, 500hp seems to cake with the right air, you know??

BTW - ADT diesel shows a Van aaken Timing box.. Is that right?

Hey King, Are the weather and correction factors about the same from your tests? I suspect so, but the 508 you ran last time and the 520 you ran this time might be close in actual or uncorrected numbers?? A 2.3% difference.

Heck I dont know...I am just curious. About this time last year we did 613 and then the next day did 598. Nothing really changed with the weather though. Thats only a 2.5% power change. It could have a been a warmer truck VS a cooler truck on those kinds of changes anyway. That was with an 04.5 using twins, injectors, and TST on 9/9. No pressure.

these last numbers were uncorrected,however,i checked and the cfactor was under half a percent.the humidty was really thick and slight rain outside.another reason for extra power the truck has twice the miles on it know as the 508 numbers and the ts powerplay really allows me to dial in extra fuel bit by bit until i get it were i want it....by the way the 508 run was sunny dry and hot.the 520 runs were made after about 7-8 other runs tuning in,we ran them all fairly tight together but there was a lot of other gassers wanting to spin the wheels so i didnt want to hold the dyno up....i cant wait to get back to the dyno with a full bottle of noslots of black smoke and still plenty of tuning room left,i hope to be at 600hp,if not il open up the lp bottle and try it again....just some more info truck has been on dyno 3 times 1st best run was dyno jet va on mid setting and tst 8/6468.8and 836.4 next time dunbars mustang..cldl and tst 9/5 508.3 and 932.1 yesterday was back on original dynojet,power play on about half way,pup in performance,and extra duration520.58/917.54.i made about 40 more lbs of tq ona different setting but i was trying to tune the nos in ....

these va 3.2 are not suposed to work on the 05 trucks....
