Donaldson 40" muffler

Looking to put a new muffler on stock '06 Megacab. Looks like the Donaldson 4" inlet, 4" outlet, 40" long (m085171) should fit and give me what I am looking for, lower EGT when towing, better flow and sound.
Any foreseen problems, additional things needed for install? Bolt right up to stock pipe?

I had considered one but put a FTE Resonator on instead, No drone and no restriction, with a decent sound..

I put a 5" (the one in my sig) on mine, just used reducers at each end to fit back onto the factory piping... I only went 5" because it was cheaper / more flow and it's the most commonly used muffler on big trucks so it's cheap and available anywhere...
