It seems like 4.11 SW9 feels stronger than REVO SW9 to me. With 4.11 my truck will roast the tires HARD, even in 2nd, but w/REVO it will hardly break them loose & nothing in 2nd. Does it feel weaker because it provides power @ a different RPM or am I just crazy?

 

what tq management level are you using on the revo

 

For my comparison it was Wild TM on both.

 

Not on my truck. 4.11 felt super weak on top, revo was pretty nice.

 

towing i lost 4 psi top end boost with revo when towing.

Towing same 13k lbs load up same donner summit I80 grade.

4.11 aftermarket turbo stock injector program mild torque management level 9 less smoke minimal smoke. 38 psi total WOT boost. more controlable smoke. much better milage towing and not. overall better towing program for my 03 tripple nickle.

Revo Mild TQ management fueling level 9 no changes to timing. added fuel pressure made 36 psi and without fuel pressure 34 psi
more smoke all around and 2-3 mpg loss across the board stronger mid range weaker on the top

all said and done REVO will pull the grade about 6 mph less at WOT than 4.11 for me but thats on an 03.

 

I've found the Revo pulls harder on top end and I didn't notice this until I upgraded the CP3. Did you try the Revo on #7 RP on #3, my truck loves this setting for some reason.
