Do The Performance Tools Really Perform?
Are the performance programmers and power chips worth investing in? I'm more interested in performance than power. Would it be worth it to invest in these or are they more geared towards increasing power?
I am confused

Ok this is really confusing. A box increases power. It has nothing to do with the way the truck drives ect.
I am too confused.... I am gonna leave this be.

No... it's a riddle!
J/KSorry to confuse all of you. Let me clarify. When I said performance I was reffering to fuel mileage mainly. I see what you guys are saying about the way I stated it.
Anyway, I don't tow a lot so power is not as important to me. There is plenty of power (for me) when I'm not towing so I was more interested in improving fuel mileage.
Thanks for your input!
No performance/power option I have ever seen has increased milage. Sure in theroy they can but everyone likes the newfound power too much to drive the way you need to two (getting my 2's mixede up here
) get better milage. There is alwyas someone else to pass or it is just soooo much fun merging at speed to end up with any gains. I got myself a superchips flashpaq and love it, but the best I can say is for all the power I picked up I did'nt lose any milage. Good luck
