Looks purty good bud. Saw this like on CF. Wouldnt mind trying it. Do you get any mosture inside the headlights at all?

my only problem is my outer orange reflector warped...but I have not had ANY water or moisture issues...

yeah i am getting a set of night runners for christmas more than likely so i think i will do them to my stock ones and then sell them, that way if i do mess them up i am not really out any money since i have the real ones

those are the EASY lights!!! you can stick those in the oven once and pull the WHOLE headlight cover off in one pull...in 06 they changed the lights and the glue.
it's pretty much the same thing for the 03-05 trucks...just easier and faster!

x2 . . . I did my '05 lights except I heated the oven to 350* instead of 375* The glue on the '05 lights gets really stringy and can get messy real quick if you don't take your time!

Thank You. It really isn't that bad once you get into it. Just take your time is all and watch your arm on the top of the oven when your putting the unit in and make sure you have a towel protecting the lense. On my drivers side I let the lense touch the pan I was using and it made some small shrink marks. That and use "real" blue tape. I bought cheap knock of and it pulled a chunk of chrome paint off of the main light ring and I had to paint them black. Now I just have to do my 07's as these were learner lights.

I bought a set of '07 lights and tried for 3 hours trying to get one of the lamps apart (yes I used the oven).I gave up after that had a meeting to go to,have not tried since.Maybe I will get the bug again soon.
