Diesel Manor Cooler Line, good product!

I installed the Diesel Manor cooler line for the temp probe tonight. I'm much happier with the reading I get from it compared to the test port location. It's more responsive and reading a hotter temp. Possibly up to 10 degrees more, but I need to do more driving to know for sure.
The only problem I ran into was attaching the fitting at the tranny side. I could not stop fluid seeping from around the fitting and the hard line. I think and hope I finally stopped it because I have a trip to go on this weekend. But what's up with having a compression fitting with a nut on both sides like that. The cooler line is 3/4" and I'd swear that tranny side bolt is 22mm. Anyone else have any issues with it or is it just me again, The connection at the other end was much nicer to deal with.
Also, I only lost about 1/2 a quart of fluid during the switch.

Made my own line, but yeah.......works nice! I guess I'm missing something about the nuts on both sides? Can't remember the nut sizes because I never actually took mine off. Cut the line while it was on the truck, and put the compression fitting in.

The only problem I had was after some good milage(a year or so worth) the connection at the tranny cooler came loose and dripped a little....nothin a crecent wrench couldn't fix! How bad is the leak? I'm sure Diesel Manor would exchange it for a new one if it doesn't stop leaking.

Didn't have any problems with mine. With two wrenches it was easy to tighten. They are two different sizes though.
