Hey guys, will be installing my new ddp 90hp injectors (not just the tips) within the next couple weeks. Any suggestions or comments? I have an 03 6 spd CTD with- 6 gun w/pda, 4" magnaflow turbo back, K&N cold air intake, Banks High ram 3.5" intake with intercooler tube, Air dog II, and soon to be smarty pod. Just lookin to see what to expect and am stoked to hear back.

 

I did just the nozzles, just be sure to follow exact instructions from DDPs website and have all the right tools you need, not get by with something. And be sure to torque everything down to right specs, some or foot pounds, some are inch pounds, read carefully. Have fun, and enjoy!

 

IMO, follow the tq. specs. I used a pry bar to take out my inj., just use common sence and don't use excessive force as to bend anything, the bodies will POP out rather easily.

While you're in there, change out the valve springs, push rods (Hamilton's) and head studs (ARP) so later on if you want to get the TNT-R tune, you'll be set.

 

Your going to need a turbo soon also!

 

II silver 64 is hopefully in this years budget!

 

Adjust the valves (while there)if you are due.
