s300g or s362sxe + S472sxe twins for 700whp ?

Hi,,

I am putting together a compound set for my early -04

BBI stage 1 injectors
Dual cp3
Smarty

I want around 700whp and the most responsive / least lag / fastest spooling setup possible .. but still not getting to hot.

Will a secondary s300g ( 57/64-14) + a primary s472sx-e do that for me ?

Or would a S300sx-e based 62/68-12 t3 or 62/68-14 + s472sxe be better ? if this option would be better ,, what housing ,, 12 or 14 ?

Please explain why one or another would be better,,trying to learn.

Pleas help !

Perhaps you could explain why you think your choice is best? You've got some dichotomies in the choices.

You don't need dual cp3's for 700 hp for starters. Plenty of built cp3's out there to handle by themselves.

Bottom line, there are a ton of old threads you can search and research for to find your answers.

Frankly I got tired of answering the same questions time and again. Only to have folks ignore the advice then wonder why their choice didn't work as they expected. Or some folks make these posts just to have others agree with them and pat them on the back and then get mad when they don't get the answers they expected or support their choices.

One of the red flags is when someone starts off the post with something like "I want spool faster than stock, tow like a dream and support 1000Hp" . If that were possible, factories would do it already.

You said you want to learn. Do some research. Teach yourself. Search old threads that have already asked these questions and there are long reasoned answers.

Are you serious ?

Do you have a problem with me having dual cp3 ?
I already have that and it didnt cost me more then a mod single .

I have searched everywhere ,have not found one thread in any forum with a s472sxe , and the Borgwarner Sx-e series didnt come until 2014 so I doubt there is as much information to find as you are saying .

I want information about what would be the best match to the s472sxe ,,

If you know where to find the information I am looking for , why dont you guide me instead of being a ........

I would think the 472 would be a little hot at 700hp. Check my sig. there is or at least used to be a sx476 and a sx478 option. I'm told my set up should make a comfortable (not hot) 750 and possibly a hot 800-825. I had Crazy Carl's build mine with all stainless everything and it currently serves me well. Any questions? I spent months researching turbos in 2014 before buying, asking hundreds of questions. Most of the questions were posed on CompD which you can read' just look up. My screen name it's the same there as it is here. Long read but pretty informative. Admittedly my research for the latest and greatest stopped after making my choice. As far as I'm aware the only difference between a Borg Warner sx turbo vs a BW SXE is the SX has a 270 degree thrust pad vs the 360 degree in the SXE. Both have Billet wheels and similar housings. Any questions feel free to ask.
