just got my carli starter kit.will have my toyos and gauge pillar shortly.not sure which programmer to get.I know the smarty gives my addiction to horsepower room to grow with all its levels,but i have no plans for any other mods like injectors or bigger turbos. Currently I have an mbrp cat back,and a afe stage 2 intake.Smoke is also a major issue.I live in the nyc area and the cops don't take too kindly to smoking rigs. From what i've been reading the smarty jr doesn't smoke too badly.That alone could be my deciding factor. The smarty's software has proven itself over time,do you think the jr's programming needs time on the market to get out all the bugs? I still need to keep my rig reliable as stock as i use it as my main source of transportation. If the jr is lowering egt's by 200 degrees, all that heat has to be going somewhere.Is it being directed into the piston?wheres it going? btw-this forum and everyone that contributes to does a great job.I learn something new all the time on here.
