Have you tried keeping it on pavement and out of the pasture?

The Bushwhacker website should have some pictures of the flares installed on various pick ups.

Instead of using fender flares, I put stainless rocker panels on my 2000. They make them in ABS plastic now as well. I had mud on the rocker panels instead of on the paint. Even with fender flares, I never seemed to keep the mud off the doors or the fender wells.

I'd love to but it doesn't look like the best mod for a 1/4 mile truck.

I do need some flares tho... The 1.5 miles of dirtroad keeps the truck filthy 90% of the time....

My dream plans are a Thuren lift, 35's, and flares... I think that would look great... I wonder how much time the bigger tires and lift would knock off? Heck, I'll just add NOS to make up the difference

I doubt the lift would affect anything and you could just put smaller tires on for track time.

The front bumper only adds about 105lbs and that means only 1/10th of a second in the 1/4 mile!
