Cruizer,
They are the brushwacker 2" extend a flares. Obviously not pocket style. I purchased them from a local truck accessory shop when I was in Alaska. they were pricey, i think around $350 or so shipped to Alaska. I took them to a paint shop, and paid about the same amount (ouch, not alot of choices in Alaska) to have them painted. I wanted them to help protect the paint on my rocker panels after seeing my buddies 2004 that was roosted pretty bad by gravel... Overall, I am happy how they are holding up, but again, i don't 4 wheel with the truck.

Hey enafzgie what brand are the running boards are you running there?
Do you like them or would go with a different syle if you had to do it again?

My running boards are Onki's, and I really like them. The tubes are stainless, so no problem with rusting. Instructions provided are not really helpful, but they are very solidly mounted. They use both the pinch weld seam and the frame for mounting.

I have the Bushwacker Extend a flares, I think I paid about 450 for mine. I left mine unpainted cause to me it looks good on a black truck. I thought the fit was really good, now I just need different rims so it doesnt look like one of those trucks that drives on train tracks. lol!

i have the bushwacker pocket flares it cost about 250 to paint there is also a different part no. for long bed and short bed that might explain the poor fit on some if they got the wrong no.

Their fit is also great, for the rear flares atleast. The front flares I am going to custom cut down so they can mount and will be able to fit with the front attachment point with my running boards.
I bought the flares for only $130, which is a steal. The stock black finish is actually pretty nice, but it shows scratches easily and looks bad.
So, I called to have them painted and it is $185, with a clear coat.....no all that bad.
Getting back to spraying the flares: Does the coating hold up very well when sprayed on the fender flares? Does Line-X warranty items like this?
I think I may go the spray-on route, if they can color match the silver of my truck.....

Mine are on the truck now after being sprayed. They are a lot more stout now and Arma is going to warranty them if anything happens. I think I made the right choice.

It seems ATS and Bushwacker both make a quality product and you can't go wrong with either of them. The ATS's are a bit cheaper but from what some of you have reported, no less of quality.
I will attempt to rattle can spray paint a set for my truck following Shane's tips and see how they turn out. But I gotta find a shop that can mix the colors up so it matches the truck and put it in a spray can.

for only about $50 more, you can buy them already painted from ats. great factory color match and quality- paint has held up great for a year and a half.
