Building 500-600hp truck, have questions

Think I found my set-up. J and H Performance DTT tranny and twins. Diablo programmer, DDP injectors and a Fass pump. Should get me where I want to be. Saw a few trucks in Redding this last weekend with similar set-ups do real well.
