Bringing my truck to the next level, some questions.

My current mods are in my signature. I currently have the following upgrades sitting on my bedroom floor. Compound turbos with all the plumbing from II. Phatshaft 62 over s474, flux three injectors, custom ground cam, head studs, valve springs, s and b intake, opies bypass, and arson cp3 kit. I was wondering what the best order to do everything in would be. Any tips or suggestions before I tear my truck down would be much appreciated.

Cam,Studs, Injectors, springs can all be done at once. (turn the Smarty down to SW1 until the twins are on)

Then the CP3 and bypass, lastly the twins/intake.

Do the preventative stuff before the power stuff.

I'm putting it all in in one shot. Just wondering the best order for installation. So I'll do springs studs injectors and cam after pulling my stock charger. Then put the twins on.

Gotcha, pull the stock turbo/manifold then same order. Do the bypass when the valve cover is back installed so no coolant gets in the crankcase.

2250 or 3250?

I don't think they make a 2250, that's less than stock.

3250DD should have no issues.

So we just started this project. Anyone know the all inclusive list of gaskets and seals I will have to replace?

Your kits should come with everything you need.

Valve cover gasket is reused. Exhaust manifold gaskets can be reused... both of course if they remain in good shape.

You may want to replace the injector crossover tubes for the injectors... they can also be reused.

The timing cover gaskets when you remove that for the cam are the ones you will have to address.
