I'm pretty sure I've got one, just can't find where it's coming out. Starts hissing around 20psi and won't get much over 30 while egt's go up much faster than normal. Any suggestions on how to detect place of leak?

 

You don’t have the intercooler with plastic caps do you? I guess they just blow out. You might have to just take each boot off and inspect them 1 by one. I guess you could make caps for each end and pressurize the system with air or something.

 

Undo both boots, one by the turbo and one by your intake. plug one of your boots up with a PVC cap and put a PVC cap in the other boot and run an air fitting into the cap and put about 20lbs of air into the system and find your leak that way.
