my banks pda recorded a boost pressure of 40psi on my stock turbo and last week I had a aftermarket turbo installed now I am hitting 32psi then dropping to 30psi and holding for max boost HITECHTURBO is telling me they set this turbo to wastegate at 40-42psi could this be the boostfooler giving my pda a false reading or am missing 10-12 psi somewear HITECH says pda could be wrong maybe I should try a mechanical gage

 

I would try a mechanical gauge, even if you put it in temporary, like not even mounting it perminent. It would answer your question right away.

the boost fooler is either fooling the pda, or you dont have enough fuel to spool the larger turbo. you signature is not filled out so i cant see what mods you have, so that's a best guess.
