blow off valve
what are you trying to do with the blow off valve..? are you looking for an actual blow off valve like used on turbo gassers? or a simple pop type relief valve that is a preset pressure value?
the gasser type blowoff valve [turbosmart, greddy, tial, hks, etc...] won't really work with a diesel without a lot of extra things, and even then, they might not work properly [vacuum pump, vacuum solenoid, microswitches...]. BD has their turboguard, which looks like it uses a 50mm tial BOV, and some other accessories to actuate when the throttle is closed [micro switch or piggybacked tps sensor]
for the pop type relief valves, check out http://www.mcmaster.com and search for relief valves...

a pop off valve is what i ment but i dont understand how it works. i know how a regular blow off valve works with vacuum, but dont understand the pop off. if anyone can help with this stupid question please do, thanks
a blow off valve helps with the flutter back through the turbo, wich can cause damage at such high boost levels, a pop off valve helps limit boost, but it still flutters back. so not sure the point of the pop off valve. please clerify
