I took mine off the other day to put chrome on. Does anyone need my black ones?

Did you get the chrome moulding from the dealer and how much was it ?

TO HIGH. You can get them for around $108 to $116. WWW.DODGEPARTS.COM has them also.

If you do it do it early in the trucks life. I ended up with a bit of a "stain" left by the glue. Well I see it, many people dont. pics on file.

how to do it, fishing line works well to seperate the molding from the glue. then you need to remove the glue. a eraser works good for this. Also advised to do it on a hot day. the glue will be softer.

fishing line then use goo gone to remove glue, works awesome, you can get it at most canadian tire stores.

It's funny how we are all different. I just ordered a set of black door moldings to put on my truck. The chrome ones at the dealer were $116 and the black ones were $185. The chrome are packaged as an upfit accessory and the black ones are considered replacements from the body catalog which is why the difference. Go figure.
