Billet filter lid
I just got my billet fuel filter lid in from genos and man is this thing heavy.
I dont know what I expected but it has got to be 4 or 5 times heavier than the cheesey stock one. I have not installed it yet and will not until I get my GDP kit in next week and I have a chance to install it too but so for I am impressed with it. It seemed expensive to me for a filter lid but I kinda see why now.

The filter won't snap in nearly as tight as it does with the stock cap but I've had no problems with mine for over a year now.... It's nice and shiny but you can't even see it once you install it.....

Yeah I havent really thought about that one, I may just tap in at the cp3 but provided that all things work correctly I dont think pressure will be a problem when the GDP kit gets here wendsday. Right now I am tapped in at the bottom of the fuel bowl.

I realized that when I read your reply but you bring up a good point. Where I am readin pressure right now I THINK it is still reading before runnin through my 7mk filter and after the GDP kit it will be before the 7mk and the 2mk. I doubt there would be more than a 1-2psi differance but I may go to the cp3 anyway.

I put my FP tap after both the 7micron stock cannister and 2micron filter, just before the CP3. I ordered the billet cap from Genos and am waiting for it to arrive, it will stay plugged, just there to handle the GDP pump pressure.
You know, once you start adding the 'pretty' (but functional) parts, that could become equally as addicting as adding power!
