Best and Loudest Muffler....
You could go the inexpensive route and do the muffler delete and/or cat delete pipe. Or, I've heard the MBRP muffler is pretty good. The 06's came with a factory 4 inch mandrel bent system so it won't cost much unless you want to spend the $$$. I personally would like to go with the Grand Rock 7 inch stacks with a cat delete. That would have some serious throatiness to it.
I just straight piped my truck today and it was amazing, the sound is great, not too loud and no drone at highway speeds. Just make sure you get your exhaust tip out from under the bed or you will pick up the drone. If you look around you can find a muffler delete kit for less than $50. If you pm me Ill tell you where I bought mine.

Go total straight pipe and if it is to loud get a high flow muffler. A local muffler shop can do it for you and it shouldn't cost very much. When I pull a big load the drone of the straight pipe is to much, but since you have that lift I don't think you are pulling anything.
gotta disagree... no cat = sharp exhaust tone with lots of turbo... cat = softer exhaust tone, no turbo, and a nice Acura feel to it...
dynomax bullet also eats up a lot of turbo...
on a 3rd gen it's either gotta be really quiet or totally straight pipe to sound good IMO

I have the muffler delete and its not as throaty as my 02 was, not exactly ricer sounding but close to it. Will a 5" tip change this and where do I get one? Not a little short one either about 18" or so. Pics of tips?
Look in the DTR Store or contact Lary and can probably find one for you.
Lots of different opinions on this thread so I guess I'll throw mine in too. I'm running MBRP 4" duals w/Cat. Sounds really good and throaty but not too much to handle when I'm on the highway or towing. The sound can change by the tip you use and how you adjust it. But I'd leave the cat in
