If you are talking about this BD TurboGuard?

I have one installed for a while now. Works fine for me, has eliminated almost all turbo bark. Fortunately I have a performance shop that did the install and initial tuning.

IMO, nope. I've had one for a couple years now, It catches most of the barks but not worth the $650. You can here it open in the pullin video in my sig.

Well I just got tired of my SPS66 barking just about anytime I let off under normal (Houston freeway 500) driving. I am happy with mine. It was an expensive solution. But compared to all the other things I have spent money on it was certainly not in the top 10. Some tc/trans and mods seem to bark a lot more than others, so it is a personal choice based on your truck. I would do it again.
