Banks & Triple Dog Stack

I have a 03 Cummins S.O. 250hp with the following mods; Dynomite 50hp injectors, BD valve body (47RE), K&N complete intake, complete banks big hoss bundle (technicooler, boost tubes, high ram, chip, speed loader, exhaust, big-head wastegate, etc), 35x12.5x17 tires, I had the computer flashed for the tire size correction. I was wondering about the Triple Dog stack on my banks, sense it is the only chip(downloader) that will stack?? What level do you put the chip and downloader on? Do I need to watch out for anything? etc? As of now I can set the criuse at 70mph with the chip on level 2 and get about 19-19.5 on a good day, the over head counsel says 24.2 but actual calculations at the pump are at best 19.52mpg. What will this stack do to my gas? I also have plans in the near furture to upgrade my exhaust (cut the cat off), bigger turbo and stronger torque converter. But I am looking just at the chip now. Stacked, injectors, big hoss buddle for air flow, and a little trani work is my max, Any more power and I kill my dependability, gasmilage and will need a new stronger tranni after everything starts to break. Thanks for any help!!!
