Banks Thermocouple Bushing Size

Can someone clarify the required tap size for the Banks thermocouple? I have a customer that is swapping a new thermocouple and we need to know the right bushing size.

from when i install mine in my 03 truck it was a 1/2 20 tap

banks doesn't use an NPT thread on their thermocouple???
[1/2"-20 is a fine machine straight thread..???]
