Banks or Sinister????

Looking to upgrade the exhaust on my "06 RAM 2500... What brand would you all recommend?

Everything I've owned for the last 40 years has had a custom exhaust made to my specifications...The trick is in finding a local fabricator who can translate what you tell him into the exhaust you want...Many exhaust shops just want to sell you what's in stock...But why pay extra for a name?......Ben

I have a local shop that can do that but I need to know what muffler flows the best...

You'll find as many opinions as there are brands, and all slanted...Individual applications depending on use and performance alterations will surely make a difference...On a daily driver, I would advise a minimum 4" exhaust size, and build for the sound you want with minimum drone...Listen to real world applications and ask what they used...Make your choice from there...No one brand is going to produce desired results in all cases......Ben

I went with a 5" Diamond eye along with a Flo Pro drone killer resonator to defeat all the 2k rpm drone these trucks create. Mission success. No noise in the cab at all.
