I have the 6gun w/PDA on my 04.5 and have stacked it with the Smarty. Got bored pretty fast w/6gun due to the fact that the higher settings really bump up rail pressure prompting me to stick w/levels 2-4. I recently added the Smarty and have level 3 or 4 (the one w/no added timing) installed and am extremely happy. Put it this way, I have an SBC spring loaded dual disc sitting on work bench waiting to be installed. Truck only has 16,000 miles on it and the clutch is fried! With 6gun on level 4 and the Smarty programmer, my lifted 8,000 pound truck is like a rocket ship. I like the PDA and the fact that through the banks box, you can set egt limits, water temperature limits etc. which will protect my truck from me. However, hopefully others will chime in because alot of guys on here don't like Banks electronics and they will telll you why, thus making you a more informed consumer of POWER!

on the speedloader level (6gun w/PDA only), my rail pressure gauge maxxed out real quick. 27,500 psi is maximum reliable pressure reading on rail gauge. Levels 5 and 6 I would see 25-26,000 psi.. These readings would be during short bursts of hard acceleration(I don't have the heart to mash the go pedal to max rpm's). Have never dynoe'd motor so I couldn't tell you how much horsepower I'm getting out of it.
