ATS or Banks High Ram

I am looking at both of these intakes to see if they work. I have done a search here and on another web site and have had read mixxed reviews. They were mostly old post so I am checking on if anyone have seen much of a difference that is worth 300 bucks or not. I already have an AFE Stage 2 and exhaust work done so I didn't know if the stock intake still is restritive as they are clainming. Feel free to shear any insite to these products.

I wouldnt waste your money or time. There are "better" performance enhancers out there. That said, if your dead set on a different manifold i would get the ats.

I see no gain. Move on to another mod and spend your money wisely. You could buy a quad box for that.

Like everyone has noted, an intake is not worth the money as far as power gains are concerned... That being said I would go with the ATS if your dead set on getting one. They have Ports in the backside pre drilled for Water-meth and N2O.

I got Banks only cause it looks flashy! Don't bother wasting your money for a piece that doesn't help your performance. Just my $.25.

The Banks intake comes with the Banks intercooler. My plan is for a new intercooler and I am favoring Banks. Get an intercooler upgrade and the intake is a plus.

One thing to consider too, if you buy the Banks intercooler kit, it comes with new pipes and a High Ram that is .5" larger in diameter than just buying a High Ram by itself. The kit is 3.5", and the sole manifold is 3.0". Found this out when my buddy ordered his kit.
