How many VB's are there out there? I'd like owners opinions on quality and performance and cost. Thanks for the help.....

Start with a search...there are 1000's of threads on trans parts.....

From what i've seen, most recommend a minimum of a vb and tc....as the stock tc is the weak link....very few run only an aftermarket vb....most popular trans shops in random order: Goerend, DTT,....(sorry, cant think, too early)

HTS, or dunrite valve bodies firm but not jerky neck breaking shifts like most suncoast valve bodies. For converter Suncoast or Dunrite. HTS i believe uses suncoast converter. Napd is good and proven but havent ever riden in one so i can tell you for sure yes or no but they can take some power and put it to the ground. I believe they were using Suncoast converters with their valve body and trans. parts but since have been building their own converters? Goerend is another good one but never had any first had experience with them either just what i have read they seem to be one of the big 4.

It's a FIRM neck breaking shift, not jerky at all. It's not a Cadilac, no, but let's just say you know exactly what your tranny is doing at all times I love mine
